PART 7

Geets' POV

I was sitting on the couch and watching TV when Maan came out of the room, supporting phone between his ear and shoulder, he was doing his shirt cufflinks. I smile to his act as he seems busy but the moment, he looks at me he just ended his conversation.

"I am leaving for sugar mill located at the distance of less than 2 hours and mommy wants me to take you there with me so get ready in less than 15 mins, take it as an outing " maan said and I started dancing and ran to get ready. I was already happy as what he did for me day before yesterday.

Sneha and kiara told me I was drunk and Maan scolded them another by taking me in his arms, shock came to me the next day when I woke up in my night dress oh, I was blushing and now I look ready less than in 15 mins and ran out of house towards his car.

My happiness was short lived as when I opened the passenger seat and was welcomed by the sight of shanaya .Oh no I am so heartbroken I was thinking to enjoy this outing with Maan not Shanaya beside him 😔 I saw maan looking at straight of him sitting in driver seat and then I moved to back seat.

"Hey Maan, I missed you" shanaya said and moved to kiss Maan and I avert my gaze away from them hell I can't see this again. I could feel Maan gaze on me in front mirror,"I missed you too sweetheart! " Maan said and I throw hateful gaze to him. 

"Hey Maan, what is this girl doing with us? I thought we are going for outing alone" Shanaya asked annoyingly to Maan "mom wants me to take her, thats it" I heard maan saying and then they were talking about the cafe just passed by and Shanaya saying, she enjoyed their date last time there and Maan agreeing to her.After that I simply put on my earbuds, I was simply a third wheel here .

After 1 hour I can feel my breathing getting heavier oh no how could I forget this ,last time mommy was there for me so I was distracted by her comfort but now I am with My Merciless Heartbreaker beside his girlfriend, was not doing any help than making my situation worst ."How much of time is left to reach mill" I asked by controlling myself "maybe 40 mins "Maan said looking at me in the mirror.

Maan looked me confusingly and then at last we reached the mill .I got down the car and saw shanaya getting down the car after Maan opened the door for her,wow unlucky me,now she was hanging on maan shoulder Goddd I am stuck with them don't know for how long . "Maan from where this smell coming ?I am hating this yuckkk" shanaya said."this is nothing but the refining process which can emit odor due to malt and fermentation " maan said.

I controlled my laugh as shanaya was having problems walking in her 5 inch pointed heels. I looked to our left where I think was a garden and there were different varieties of flowers. I felt mesmerized by the sight and their scent .I bend down to smell them then I saw Rahul moving towards me. 

"They are pleasant, aren't they?" Rahul said Well I saw him in confusion, I didn't saw him in college after that fresher's party, like what he is doing here at this time "what are you doing here Rahul?"I asked him .He replied with the smile "I worked here as my part time job it helps me with rent of room you know" .He is very responsible boy according to me and genuine too. we talk about some college project for some time.

"Am I interrupting something?" Maan asked standing there with his arms crossed to his chest" Not at all sir! I was just discussing something related to our college project "Rahul tell maan ."well I think you know this is a place where you should work, allotted to you, and I think this place is no college. I suggest you return back to your work " Maan said while seething in anger . 

"I think you should quit try flirting with my workers"Maan said without looking at me "no I was standing here then-- " maan stopped me by his hand ,said" we are leaving come fast" I moved fast to reach the car and saw maan opening door for shanaya wow, Gentleman enough!

As usal they were having conversation well maan seems little pissed and giving short reply.This time my anxiety started within 15 mins of journey."Maan can you please drive slowly " maan looked at me with confused look as Car was already moving slowly and I want it to be slower "when we will reach ?" I asked after other 15 mins maybe "are you out of your mind can't you see dumb girl we are having a conversation" shanaya shouted at me "shut up shanaya I am done with your non stop blabbering" maan looked me with little concern as I think my face was losing color 

I again asked when we will reach to this time maan became angry and then he increased the speed of car.Next 2 mins were hell for me I was holding the leather seat of the car and after that I think I passed out .

Next I listen someone shouting" dr dr ! she loosed her concious please help us ",I was floating in air maybe ,then again passed out then I listen"I want to stay beside her" faint voice of someone asking then some girl may be "who is she maan I don't trust you with her I will stay here ", "go home shanaya " I was unable to hear properly.Then after some moment I finally opened my eyes Maan was talking to dr and his eyes was on me only.

I was sleeping after gulping medicine after having a little food .I was happy and then I slept dont know for how long.waking up I saw ,I was being carried by Maan inside  his penthouse oh I was discharged already.Thank God I don't like hospital.I was in my bedroom lying on bed as Maan gave me dinner and medicine.He kissed my forehead and was in my la la la land again .I was surprised to see mommy running towards me and scolding Maan .

oh ho Maan is in danger I assures mommy I am fine but she slept with me she told me,Her car got stop in mid of the jungle but Garv was there to help.oh I was relief Garv too came . Mommy came here to attend her friends' charity function which is in few days I was happy now so much mommy is here.

After some days momy 's friend come to visit her"Meet my babygirl ,Geet! remember I used to tell you about her Sunita!." Mommy said while talking to her friend as we all sat in the living room and I sat there blushing at Maan,who was busy doing his work in laptop but inbetween he was too taking glance towards me. I cannot forget few days back scenario . "yes Prena I do remember and now I know why God sent me here, I want to ask for your help in my chairty function ,held after two days " Sunita aunty said,I doubted her intentions as she was continuously watching me and when I looked at Maan he was glaring,only this time not at me but towards Mommy who was in turn smirking at Maan 😈 oh ho ,why I am thinking something is dam fishy here "Sure" mommy said .

"I am telling you Geet you have to just wear the gown and stand on the stage and I don't think there is a big deal ?" Sunita aunty drop the bomb on me " no not at all I am assuring you sunita we are having no problem regarding that, right Maan? " mommy asked maan ,I saw maan sitting there with his eyes on laptop "not at all mom I am busy don't disturb me for some hours now "I heard him saying and then with a bang he shut his laptop and moved towards his room .In evening I was talking to tara aunty .

 Garv entered the kitchen with some groceries oh I became happy and I start asking hows everyone back there to mansion he told me cheerfully everything is good there,soni missed me he told me .oh I miss my place there .We were talking then I saw Garv halt looking behind me I know who can snatch anyone 's breath .I saw Maan coming towards fridge he took out the bottle of water and after drinking the water he put it back by closing its door with the bang."Yours voice is coming to my room; can't you talk little slowly I am doing work in my room" Maan said angrily.

I wish Good night to Garv and was moving towards my room thinking Maan being such a jerk his room was upstairs in right most corner and kitchen was down in leftmost side of house.I saw Maan leaning on his door and his arms wrapped to his chest "I saw you were catching up with your boyfriend hm? oh did I disturb your late-night chat with him" I heard the bitterness in his voice .I ignored him, keep moving to my room but got halt due to maan's hand infront of me."why are you not telling about your feelings for him to mom, may I help?"I simply removed his hand from my way and moved to my room there I saw mommy holding the package no the big package, she told me this dress I have to wear tomorrow for auction.

Next morning ,I was looking at  myself in mirror, my eyes was stuck on me in reflection .Firstly when I saw my dress I was scared to wear it as I was not confident to wear this dress and stand on the stage 

I was feeling excited now as it was of dusty pink color and glitters everywhere .I have imagined wearing these kind of dresses . mommy was happy and said lets see whats happen today as she told me there is going to be auction for the gown and one who have the biggest pocket will take me for the date if he or she purchase my gown with big fat amount .She assures me its nothing going to happen as its going to be a simple dinner and the money earned will be donated to some orphanage.

I was now feeling anxious standing on the stage as I can receive hungry stares from the crowd for my gown or me, dont know much .

The auction started ,either the crowd was busy making price for my gown or for another girl 's gown  only.I think she will win I don't want my gown to win

as I have to attend the date then .

I was getting more scared as the attention was on me now completely one after the other was raising the price for my gown .I heard one old man eyeing me with pure lust and said 2 lakh 

 come on I wont purchase this gown for even 20 k.

My heartbeat was increasing in an incredible pase as the prize reached to 50 lakhs now the host started the last bid for this gown

"80 lakh - ---"

He was interrupted by someone 's price for this gown.Everyone becomes silent to look back at the man . I too become curious to have a look of that man.
